Trailed rod sprayer OPSh-3524/3521 ASU+GPS PLUS is used for chemical protection of field crops from pests, diseases and weeds by continuous spraying with hydraulic fluids and application of liquid mineral fertilizers. Different modifications of sprayers are produced. It is aggregated with tractors of 1.4 p.c. class.
Technical characteristics of the sprayer
• The computer system Teejet 845 E of 13 sections ensures high-quality execution of the technological process and the possibility of working with navigation systems;
• Teejet Matrix 908 navigation system + a set for disconnecting sections in automatic mode
• The “night light” set has three LEDs under each sprayer
• UAN (urea-ammonium nitrate) sprayers 1 set, injector sprayers 1 set, slit sprayers 2 sets
• Rod – space truss, two-hinged pendulum suspension that provides full stabilization of the rod, hydro- and mechanical locks for fixing the rod in the unfolded position, full hydraulic folding/unfolding;
• The frame, the rod slider are made of a thick-walled square tube with a sliding system using polymer materials, a cylinder-corrector (enables work on slopes);
• The presence of a braking system is a safety requirement.
• Trailing device for the tractor drawbar: provides better conditions for the operation of the cardan drive; the possibility of increasing the load on the front part of the sprayer.
